Red Flag 2 - Lack of Strategic Thinking

At Staff+ level, what gets you to the next level is showing that your decisions ladder up to broader goals, not just team-level wins.

Red Flag 3 - Lack of Accountability

Use "I"s instead of "We"s. Team language is great in execution—but when talking about Staff+ scope, you need to highlight your decision-making, influence, and problem-solving. Meta’s bar for leadership includes technical ownership and accountability.
